Natalie is a 200hr yoga instructor with over five years of experience specializing in hatha, vinyasa, yoga nidra and trauma-sensitive restorative yoga. She received her certification on the island of Hiiumaa in Estonia.

Yoga Nidra or waking sleep is a tantric form of meditation which is designed to bring us to the liminal space between dreaming and wakefulness in order to support deep healing and nourishing rest
